Mason Strouse has served as Mayor of Clearfield Borough since 2022.  He is committed to enhancing quality of life, strengthening community connections, supporting local businesses, and celebrating Clearfield’s rich history and promising future.

In addition to his role as Mayor, Mason serves as Family & Community Partnership Director with CenClear Child Services, Executive Director of the Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre (CAST), and Director of Music at the Presbyterian Church in Clearfield. Through these leadership roles, he works to strengthen families, expand access to the arts, and build meaningful community connections.

Prior to his current positions, Mason taught at Clearfield Area Elementary School for 10 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education and a master’s degree in Trauma-Informed Education.

Mason and his wife, Kellie, are proud parents of two sons, Jake and Wyatt, and are grateful to call Clearfield home.
